CCIC hold the first temporary Stockholder’s Meeting and the fifth meeting of the first round Directorate Conference in the Shanghai Purple Mountain Hotel on 5th July 2005. During the meeting, the decision of adding Mr.Liu Jingsheng as the member of the Board of Directors had been passed. In addition, Mr.Liu was also selected to be the Chairman of the Board for the first- round Directorate. Meanwhile, Mr. Dai Fengju was awarded the honour of Honorary Chairman of the Board during the meeting, in order to commend his remarkable contribution to development of the company when he was the Chairman of the Board.
